Prices and Terms


There are two different prices during the year. The winter season is more expensive. In general, the best price is based on a stay of seven nights or longer. Sometimes, special prices are in effect during certain times of the year, such as: Christmas, over the year end, and during other high demand times.

The fire code limits occupancy to four people in a one bedroom unit.

4-16 thru 12-14

12-15 thru 4-15
7 Nights		$225/night

Discounts are available for stays of 10, 14 and 28 nights. Please call for details.

All prices subject to Hawaiian State tax of 11.42%

All reservations require a $300 deposit within 10 days of booking and the balance is payable 60 days before arrival. The resort generally sells out during the months of Dec., Jan., Feb. and Mar. If you are considering any of these dates, please book early. There is a $100 Cancellation Fee for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival date. For cancellations 30 days or less before arrival date, monies will be held, but full credit will be given for future rentals for the next 24 months.
